  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise shipping costs or handling fees.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Since we ship worldwide, delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 7 - 9 business days.

  • Europe: 7 - 12 business days.

  • United States & Canada: 7 - 14 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days. Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or local postal service delays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your "Pocket-Sized Calm" every step of the way.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • PECCA LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • However, for most small items like our fidget keychains, customers rarely encounter additional customs fees.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

  • We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@bitmini.pro if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost/Stolen Packages

  • PECCA LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
